Allignn, Inc. ("Allignn," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, including your name, email address, password, profile photo, job title, company or organization name, bio, and any goals or project descriptions you share. We also collect content you create through the Service, including posts, stories, comments, messages, reactions, and media uploads. We automatically collect certain technical information when you use the Service, including your device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, IP address, and information about how you interact with our Service. With your permission, we may access your device's camera, photo library, and contacts.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; to create and manage your account; to personalize your experience; to facilitate connections between users; to send you technical notices and support messages; to monitor and analyze trends and usage; to detect and prevent fraud; and to comply with legal obligations.
Your profile information is visible to other users. We share information with service providers who perform services on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law. We may share information in connection with a merger or acquisition. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will delete your information within 30 days. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption of data in transit using TLS 1.3, encryption of data at rest using AES-256, regular security audits, and secure coding practices.
You can access your information through your account settings. You can update your information through your profile. You can delete your account through Settings > Data & Storage. You can download your data through Settings > Data & Storage > Download Your Data.
The Service is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
